Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below:

  • All parts, accessories, and packaging must be included and in their original condition.

  • The item must be in unused, resaleable condition. Any damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • Faulty products must be reported immediately upon delivery.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If the return conditions are met, we will confirm acceptance and issue your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the item has been used or damaged without fault on our part.


How to Return an Order

If your order meets the return conditions:

  1. Email our customer service team at: info@[yourdomain].co.uk

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Full name

    • Return address

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Do not return your order to the sender’s address — returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.


Cancellations

As we operate a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. We are unable to stop the shipment once it has been dispatched, so refunds can only be issued after the goods are received and returned to us.

Important:

  • If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait until it arrives, then follow the return process above.

  • We recommend sending us the tracking details of your return to speed up processing.


Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, contact us by email with a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase.


Refund Exclusions

Refunds exclude:

  • Delivery costs (unless the item is faulty)

  • Additional shipping fees you selected over our standard delivery option


Return Shipping Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided by our customer service team once your request has been approved.
